The Japan Society’s Young Professionals Group (YPG) will be heading to the South Bay for our February meet-up! We’re off to a good start on 2013 so let’s continue the fun with another evening of good food, drinks, and conversation with other Japan-oriented professionals in the Bay Area!

With over 15 years cooking experience in Japan and in the Bay Area, Isamu has proven to be a customer driven perfectionist with a passion for inventive, seasonal fare informed by respect for the traditions of his (and the owners’) ancestral land.
