Join us for an incredible in-person program and the rare chance to learn more about the gourmet soy sauce, Kioke Shoyu.
Whether you use shoyu in your cooking regularly or are new to trying out the beloved condiment, we can promise that you’ve never experienced anything like Kioke Shoyu before! Unlike the other 99% of Japanese soy sauce manufacturers, this premium brand ferments its product for 1-3 years in traditional wooden barrels—much like how fine wine or whiskey is made. As a result, you’ll find that Kioke Shoyu’s soy sauce is exceptionally well-crafted and rich in flavor.
This in-person event will feature a deep dive into the unique brewing style and fascinating story of Kioke Shoyu. A few of the master craftsmen will be onsite, eager to share their experiences and exciting insights with you. After hearing from the experts, everyone will get a very special opportunity to sample some delicious shoyu! You absolutely don’t want to miss tasting this decadent sauce and learning about it straight from the source. A light meal and drinks will also be provided.
