【OviBees Ventures×Japan Society】Raising Capital for a Biotech Venture – Steps and Examples from the US and Japan

Please join us for a virtual workshop on how to effectively raise funding for your biotech venture in Japan. Many early-stage Japanese ventures in biotechnology have tremendous potential – but the pathways to raising startup capital can be confusing and hard to access. Moreover, Japanese biotech entrepreneurs often have trouble finding experienced mentors to provide coaching and support for their global expansion.

Now, the Japan Society of Northern California (JSNC) and OviBees Ventures are implementing bioJent, a one-year entrepreneurship support program to build cultural and business ties between the U.S. and Japan, with a focus on venture capital and entrepreneurship coaching in the biotechnology sector.

Our initial workshop will be an exciting online event where we will dive into the world of biotechnology and focus on strategies for raising capital for biotech ventures!
