Women’s Impact Network (WIN) Series Event
*Online via Zoom
When you reflect on your career history, were there others who supported your career journey? Have you supported the career journey of other women? Globally, the spotlight is on increasing the number of women on boards and women in leadership. With each passing year, there are increasing levels of women in the senior ranks and at the CEO levels. While Europe leads the globe in inclusive leadership, the US is seeing more leadership. In Japan, female leadership is still scarce but will be critical for long-term sustainability. All women – women in senior ranks, mid-career women, and new career entrants, can benefit from knowledge of those around them. Everyone needs mentors, advisors and peer networks to achieve career and leadership potential. If you are wondering how to get an advisor or mentor or how to be a strong advisor and mentor, join to hear from these two leaders known for their roles as super-mentors!
