Please join us on Wednesday, May 1st for an evening reception hosted in cooperation with the Consulate General of Japan in San Francisco. We will be inviting Daishiro Yamagiwa, a current member of the House of Representatives in the Diet and former Minister of Economic Revitalization from 2021 to 2022 as a special guest. Prime Minister Fumio Kishida in 2022 appointed Daishiro Yamagiwa to a new ministerial post overseeing the promotion of startup policies. Mr. Yamagiwa will also bring several startups from Japan to be featured in the reception.

This is a great opportunity to welcome a current member of the Japanese House of Representatives and Japanese startups while introducing them to the economy and environment in Silicon Valley.
