Members of the Japan Society of Northern California are invited to a special executive briefing and networking session with the delegation of Keidanren (the Japan Business Federation) who are visiting the Bay Area. The briefing will cover the latest developments in regulation and policy that impact foreign investment in the Bay Area, including data privacy/security, immigration, labor/employment, IP issues related to medical devices, transfer pricing, antitrust, and environmental issues. A networking session will follow the briefing. Please join us for this opportunity to update yourself on key regulatory issues and network with some of the most influential companies in Japan.

This program, which is jointly hosted by Morgan Lewis and the Japan Society of Northern California, will complement the Bay Area Council program from 4:30 – 6:00 pm at the Bay Area Council Economic Institute in San Francisco where Keidanren executives will discuss their views on trade, technology and business opportunities in the Bay Area.
