VIP Dinner with Koichiro Nakamura

The Japan Society of Northern California would like to invite you to an exclusive dinner on August 14th at 6:00 PM to meet Koichiro “Koh” Nakamura, Co-Founder and General Partner of Sozo Ventures.

​Many of you will remember that Koh was our distinguished Awardee at our 2024 Award of Honor Gala. He has many other career highlights, including being the first Japanese named to the Forbes Midas List of the Top 100 Global Venture Capitalists (making the list in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024). Before that, he was a founding member of the Yahoo! Japan team, worked for Mitsubishi Corporation and then co-founded Sozo Ventures in 2012. This is a great opportunity to join Koh for a friendly, small group dinner (no tuxes required!) and ask him about Silicon Valley, entrepreneurship, how he picks startup winners, or his love of gourmet food.
